Got stress? Think about Sex

New thinking says a steamy fantasy can calm you down, focus on your mind, and rev up your energy, and here's how to do it right.
Worrying-over a work deadline, a plane connection, or a dentist visit-triggers a cascade of stress hormones that makes your heart race and your palms sweat. And over time, this can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, weight gain and bone loss.

But you can get back into balance in the midst of a bad situation by replacing the rush of stress hormones with a rush of exhilaration, just like a stress consultant said.

So what's the best way? Conjure a wild sex fantasy.

When you dream up a racy scene, you replace worry with excitement-and "it's physically impossible to be worried and excited at the same time:. So your adrenaline gets chaneled away from the endless loop of worry and is used to drive positive feelings instead

Some expert calls it "changing bad adrenaline to good": It's the erotic encounter making your heart beat fast, not your flight delay. This gives you control over your worry, and control is a guaranteed adrenaline converter.
In addition, coming down from your exhilaration-high naturally relaxes you.

So go for fireworks in your fantasy and for the best results, your daydream should be Olympic-quality risque

Women tips for your bad day ever

Write in a journal. Keep a journal in your briefcase or tote bag, and when you are upset or angry, take a few minutes to spew. This is safe way to vent your emotion without alienating your co-workers.

Move around. A 15- to 30-minute walk will calm you, but if you are strapped for time, even a two-minute walk has been shown to reduce stress.

Create a workplace shrine. Make a corner of your desk a sacred space with a picture of a sunset, flowers, your family, sweetheart, a spiritual leader or whatever soothes your soul and brings you peace. When you are feeling anxious, go to your shrine. Stop for just 10 seconds, look at the photo and then breathe in the feeling or vibration of the picture.

Breathe. Chase panic away with mini relations: Take a deep breath to the count of four, hold it for a count of four, and slowly release it to the count of four. Repeat several times.

Have a mantra. Create a soothing mantra to recite during a difficult situation. Take a few deep breaths and as you release them, tell yourself, “Let this go,” or “Do not blow up.”

If all else fails, go home “sick.” Ask someone to cover for you, and head home. Snap in soothing CD, jump under the covers and take a much-needed break from your job – and the rest of the world.

Women Dress of Hijab on Perspective of Islam

Hijab, among muslim today, is often equated with piety, both by those who cover their hair and those who do not.
Unfortunately, too many assume that a woman who covers must naturally be more religious or conservative that one who does not. This generates expectations and pressure on Muslim women in hijab , whose behavior is held to different standards, perhaps undesired on the part of the woman.

On the other hand, according to popular opinion, the Muslim woman who does not cover her hair (even if she is otherwise dressed modestly) has not quite arrived at the perceived goal of all righteous believing women.
The scarf, an article of clothing, has sadly become a litmus test for a Muslim women faith and devotion to God.

Indeed... the importance which some Moslem's have attached to hijab has made some sarcastically refer to it as the "Sixth Pillar" of Islam, on par with prayer, fasting, alms-giving, pilgrimage and bearing witness to the oneness of God.

Quite interesting here since.. hijab actually conditioned on it's origin country demography which is hot weather and much dust.. quite difficult to imagine :)

Workout Apparel is not just for Gym Fashion Anymore

Because ease movement is a must in today’s hustle and bustle world, active wear is moving out the gym and onto the street. Wearing a great outfit can lift our spirits, but can the right attire also improve our performance at the gym? Many expert think so.

“The right clothes always helps or hinders a workout”, like JR Gomez said, owner of Trend and Sport, a chic active wear boutique in Los Angeles. He explains: “The wrong material can cause you to struggle. Whether it’s chaffing, binding or absorbing too much sweat, when you struggle, less likely to work as hard the next time you exercise.”

Besides cut and fit, fabric is also another important aspect of active wear. Spandex used to be the textile of choice, but now technology is intervening. Antimicrobial fabrics are key players nowadays, since they keep odor and sweet under control.

Coolmax, a moisture-wicking fabric, is one of the new chic-materials, it allows you to breathe all the while keeping you dry.

The most advanced development in today’s fabric is the advent of built-in UV protection for those who exercise outdoors. People are becoming more aware of skin cancer and clothing that protects you from the sun is always a plus.

While these new tech-mo textiles are all the rage with those who run, pump iron or climb Stair masters, at the other extreme are yoga enthusiasts, who prefer to go completely natural.
Cotton is the only fabric of choices for those who prefer to stretch their way into shape. Yoga has also inspired new cuts in active apparel.
Capri length and draw string pants are very popular. Another can’t-miss active wear style is the sleeveless top.
Fashion is creating such an impact in sports apparel that designers and other big name celebrities are getting into the game.
For example, Stela McCartney is now designing for Adidas and model-turned-exercise guru Christy Turlington signed on with Puma.

When the movie Million Dollar Baby came out, boxing shirts started really selling. In the world of sports, tennis ace Serena Williams, Sparks basketball center Lisa Leslie, and hot-shot golfer Jennifer Rosales are key fashionistas.

But whether they work out or not, today’s consumers are reaching for clothing that keeps up with their laid-back attitude and demanding lifestyles. People are not only becoming more health conscious, but also becoming more casual. Workout clothing has been tailored to cross over from athletic use to casual-wear.

How to become a fashion designer?

There are several basic thought and preparation needed to become a fashion designer

1. A muse, wonder how this stylish cum inspires the designer like you want to be. Your design will be wear by an ideal person and the one you have in mind while designing your couture collection.
That might be a fashion model or likely a fashion-forward socialite, trend setter actress or a political wife. It's like Karl Lagerfeld has Nicole Kidman and Oleg Cassini had Jaqueline Kennedy, and who will your muse be?

2. A degree from a good fashion design school. For most design houses, they will hire this kind of educated creature, unless you want to be hired to clean their office :)
But that's not a must, creativity still on top of the score and wont be stifled, it;s like the spirit that maintain them. Like Maverick designer John Galliano attended fashion design school, and so have plenty others

3. Quirk fashion statement. It's like Karl Lagerfeld, with the finger less leather gloves these days. he claims it's because he doesn't like shaking wet hands, but his quirky fashion statement keeps the tongues wagging in fashion circles. Betsey Johnson has her beribboned, braided, multi-colored hair and shout "I am creative! So get to work with your own quirky fashion statement.

4. Knock-offs of your designs are being sold on the city corner street. And you'll know that you've been arrived in the fashion design realm when people smuggle in your fakes of your fabulous design from the Asia and sold on the city corner street and flea markets. You may try asking Louis Vitton and Prada designer

5. Have a good connections, is a must. Even you can make a trash bag looks like a wedding gown, sounds great? :)
All of the design acumen that created in the fashion world ever seen, does no good if you can't get your well-heeled foot in the door.
Try to find best way to make good connections? Try research on any famous fashion designer, chances are they attend and probably graduated from a good fashion design school
